PMNT
PMNT is one of relax ferroelectric
single crystals and used as the probe in medical B-type ultrasonic transducers.
In comparison with the conventional PZT series piezoelectric ceramics, it
enhances greatly the resolution of and broadens the bandwidth of medical B-type
ultrasonic transducers, and now is attracted more and more attention in the
international ferroelectric field. What’s more, it will be applied noticeably to
nondestructive defect inspections, sonar and solid actuators as well.
