The FRM2F mica tape is a composite of mica paper (phlogopite
or synthetic mica paper) and plastic film (PET, PS). The plastic film is bound
on both sides of the mica paper with heat resistant binder. It is mainly applied
for the heat resistant insulation between metal conductors (copper, aluminum)
of the fire resistant bus duct.
