The diamond abrasives are manufactured under the circumstance of ultrahigh pressure and very high temperature. It is an ideal material for cutting, drilling, grinding and polishing. Owing to its superior physical and chemical properties of high hardness, fine wearability and stability it is widely used in many fields such as mechanical, electronic, metallurgic, petrolic, building materials industries. The diamond abrasive is available with different grit size and different type.

The feature of Type SOD2170, SOD2160, SOD2150, SOD2140 and SOD2130 is with perfect crystallographic morphology and very high toughness intensity (DA) and thermal toughness intensity (DDA). It can be used for sawing, drilling and milling.

The feature of Type SOD2117, SOD2116, SOD2115, SOD2114 and SOD2113 is with good crystallographic morphology and high toughness intensity (DA) and thermal toughness intensity (DDA). It can be used for metal bond tools.

The feature of Type SOD2112 is with blocky diamond grit, sharp-edged grains with rough fracture surfaces. It is suitable for re sin bond tools.

The Type PC is only used for general purposes.
